Training and empowering local people is the key to sustainable change. We aim to train surgeons with an exclusive and disruptive methodology that shortens the learning curve. New surgeons will get better results in less time, with fewer resources, leading to an exponential growth in the army against cataract blindness.
Our R+D+I department is expanding our toolset to fight preventable blindness. We are currently using new technology in disruptive ways, creating solutions that are more effective at training new surgeons and helping restore sight to even more people.
